Niharika Sharma
Senior Research Analyst
Niharika is the glue that keeps things together, she’s the person who hunts out niche talent to ensure we have mapped the entire market to cover your search. She has a BA in Entrepreneurship and Economics, and this ethos flows through her work ethic. Working solely in the renewables space with a specialism in solar PV and battery storage recruitment, she understands the talent landscape and who to look for when you are looking for unique specialist talent.
She’s also an avid painter, a lover of the mountains and deeply passionate about renewables and climate change.

We are committed to supporting the wider energy transition by contributing 1% of our profits to environmental initiatives. As part of this, we support SolarAid, a charity providing clean, safe solar lighting to communities without access to electricity.
By replacing harmful kerosene lamps with solar alternatives, SolarAid helps reduce emissions, improve health, and create opportunities for education and livelihoods.
Through this, our work extends beyond hiring - contributing in a small but meaningful way to a more sustainable and equitable future.

Viridian Energy Consulting is a boutique recruitment partner specialising in solar and storage project execution.
Founded in 2021, we work with developers, EPCs, owners and utilities to hire the leadership and delivery teams responsible for building and delivering energy infrastructure. From senior hires through to full project and site teams, we support our clients at the most critical stage of the project lifecycle - execution.
We understand the realities of project delivery: tight timelines, complex builds, and the cost of getting hires wrong. Our focus is on securing proven talent across leadership, project management, construction management and site-based roles - people who can perform under pressure and deliver projects on time.
With deep expertise in solar PV and battery storage, we operate across Europe and the United States, combining international reach with a strong understanding of local talent markets.
